the location is fantastic with a good diner across the road for breakfast and a restaurant just down the street for dinner, making it easy to fuel up for long walks to explore the nearby old fort madison which is less than 5 km away, and the park views in the area really enhance the city stroll experience.

It was just a strong match for a brief visit in Fort Madison with great value-to-price ratio. The room was decently cleaned and had a comfortable bathroom setup.
